Fencing Job - Botshabelo-W, FS, 9781

I am not quite sure of these things but I need like 16 devil's forks (Palisades I think) and the poles(I was told they would have to be 16) I also wanted someone who will also install them already. I actually need everything from even the cement and congrete.
