Electrician Job - Sea Point, WC, 8005

The tenant in my apartment, in 23 Arthurs Road tells me that the wall plugs in the main bedroom sometimes make a buzzing noise, and sometimes with electrical sparks. I need an electrician to diagnose and then rectify the fault. My tenants is available on Wednesday 22 March between 2pm and 5pm. I am the owner and will be responsible for paying the account.
