Electrician Job - Windermere, KZN, 4001

First, I have a two (2) bedroom flat for each of which I purchased a Bright Star Lighting retractable ceiling light/fan (i.e., Model No.: FCF090 White [RX52-040]) ... I want each of those retractable ceiling light/fans installed in those bedrooms. Second, I have two (2) other light fixtures that I need light bulb replacement (one [1] in the back hallway, and two (2) in the solarium. As I cannot reach the fixture in the back hallway, I am unable to provide a bulb size or connection configuration. Finally, I need my security intercom connection fixed.
