Dog Training Job - Queenstown, EC, 5320

I need training for two +-2 month old puppies. They are a mixed breed (not sure of what). I've had them now for about 3 weeks. They were a gift. My biggest challenge with them is the potty training or the lack thereof. Establishing a routine with them in general. Also, they're extremely needy. I get that they're practically babies but ag... I'm sure you get what I'm trying to say.. Also I'm a new dog owner in general and so any information and training for myself even would be highly appreciated.
