Details

I have Pomtese puppy 11 weeks old, and I am struggling to poty train him. He soils the how, he does not listen. He barks when I give him a command and tries to bite me. I need a solution since I am trying to house train him. I have another jackrussel/pomeranian 6 year old house trained. He has an excellent behavior , I am worried he will start misbehaving because of this new one.
