Dog Training Job - Rietvallei, NW, 2850

Good morning
I have a 1 and a half year old German Shepherd full breed. We stay on a farm where there is wild life and our next door neighbour has sheep
Yesterday my dog went and killed 7 of his sheep's not eating them, just killing

We had the similar incident on a previous farm where he killed 3 pigs, we tried everything fixing the fence, putting electric fencing everything nothing keeps him inside
My husband wanted to put him out because he keeps on doing this i need help urgently please.
