Dog Training Job - The Reeds, GP, 0157

I adopted my puppy in May. He is a Cross Terrier. He is very loud (a screamer) and he is jumping. I tried everything on my the top of my gates where the bars are a bit far apart (at the bottom I have bars in between - on Saturday I will put additional bars on the top) gates (I live in a complex), from plastic mesh, to hexagon mesh, net, etc. He is jumping up and ripping it apart. He is also jumping up my six foot wall, almost reaching the top. He has a calming collar and I ordered calming tablets now. He also has separation anxiety. It is a lot for a (almost) 7 month little boy to handle. I am walking with him now in the complex up and down as I am afraid to go outside. My neighborhood is full of people walking their dogs and that will mean a screaming episode. I really need help with this boy as I don't even want to think about the last resort.
