May you please provide an indicative cost for the dismantling and removal of two containerised offices? Please price the items as follows:
A. Demolish existing containerised office (approx. 14x8m) - x1 of
B. Demolish existing containerised office (approx. 13x3m) - x1 of
C. Demolish existing concrete hardstand/slab (approx. 400mm high) - 155 square meters of
D. Transport materials and debris to designated area not more than 5km away (to be identified by Engineer). - cubic meters per km
E. Transport materials and debris to designated area not more than 5km away (to be identified by Engineer). - tons per km
F. Decommissioning of existing services - all inclusive allowance to strip existing cables, and piping. (approx. 50m of each on surface level - no burried services). The rubble will be hauled to a designated area on the site (within 2km of the demolition works) to be disposed of by another.
