Accountant required to assess profitability at each property selected, by backtrack on accounts. Signed and sealed statement required for each property. EVERY purchase requires receipts, including any taxes to be paid out. Payment for all purchases once all properties are registered, but a deposit paid upfront to pay for immediate costs. ALL purchases are to be registered and tiles of deeds etc, sent to our bank in UAE. Vat registered, so NO vat element on ANY purchase.
