Job Overview:
The work involves structural concrete repairs across various parts of a shopping centre, including:
Removal and repair of spalled concrete on slabs, beams, and columns
Patching areas with exposed reinforcement, including corrosion treatment where needed
Repairing cracked concrete in stairwells, walls, and parking structures
Reinstating soffit damage, slab topping defects, and rib & block areas
Surface preparation, patching, and proper curing of all repaired zones
Finishing to match existing surface where possible
This work will need to comply with structural engineering guidance, and the majority of items fall under safety-critical maintenance (OH&S related).
