I need a technician to help me with my ADSL. I recently moved to San Michel, Noordhoek. My landlords have provided me with ADSL that works. But not on my Apple devices. My MacBook and iPhone 12. They have an old Telkom modem which works perfectly with Android, and my windows computers. I also have a Netgear modem, but I'm unable to access the admin site to change setting, as the password given by Netgear keep giving me an 'incorrect password' message. The Netgear modem doesn't work at all. Have you encountered this problem before? Would your technician be able to sort this out? How much do you charge per call-out? Are these modems compatible with Apple products? Thanks
