My laptop screen blacked ot and started glitching. I tried to use an HDMI cable to see if the screen can display on the TV and that failed. Seem like the problem may be more than just the screen. I need to know if you can fix the problem without compromising my files? I have important documents that weren't backed up yet , and they are my main concern.
