Computer Repair Job - Frankfort, FS, 9830

After windows 11 update, my laptop was turning itself off automatically, with a QR code and message but dissappeared too quickly for me to read the error message, yesterday it did it again but this time it threw up an HP error Boot device not found, I called HP and they tried to assist, to no avail, I then got hold of Microsoft to try resolve issue, and recovery steps, that too didn't work, the laptop is 2 years old and has not been dropped or mishandled at all. I need it for work.
