A PC I was given doesn't work. Apparently it did, not long ago. Then I tested it, and it made continuous short beeps. All components included. So I put it away. Tried it again, it beeped, and I took the basics out and checked all cables and tested it one by one. Now it doesn't turn on. I'd appreciate if someone could come out, and perhaps make any repairs or replacements needed.
