Lenovo Ideapad S145

Hey guys.. Would appreciate any sort of advice here. I'm not too tech savvy, but I had an issue with my laptop a few days back where the screen went and stayed white. Did a graphics driver reset, but now another issue.. I cannot go into the search tab, can't click the windows icon, nor press the windows key to bring the menu up. If I do this, it just has that blue loading circle for a few seconds. I believe I accidently stopped one of the services in task manager and now cannot get it open again.
