Details

I couldn't open some files on my Deskpro computer. Then desktop icons disappeared . Lastly unable to start with Windows. "Preparing Windows" message appears and doesn't progress further. I have large numbers of PDF files (mainly electronic books) some audio and a few video files .

Job Description: I have a Dell Vostro 470, It keeps switch off and restarting while playing games, sometimes goes on a loop of on and off, i need to fix that issue. And i also need to change the computer case and update the ssd to 1T.
