Details

I couldn't open some files on my Deskpro computer. Then desktop icons disappeared . Lastly unable to start with Windows. "Preparing Windows" message appears and doesn't progress further. I have large numbers of PDF files (mainly electronic books) some audio and a few video files .

Job Description: My laptop is slow. I would like services to improve speed. Secondly, my laptop’s display is functional, but the hinge mechanism or the plastic casing/chassis that holds the screen in place is broken on the sides. I would like help with that please.
