Cleaner Job - Rosebank, WC, 7700

Request for quotation (per year) Twice per week for a small complex (16 apartments on 3 floors) Mondays & Thursdays:

Sweep and mop passageways and stairs
Put out 5 wheely bins on Monday mornings by 06:30
Clean and sanitise bins and bin room Mon & Thurs
Sort and put out recycling bags on Thurs before 09:00
Sweep up leaves parking area & entrance
Weed and water small pavement garden
Supply of all cleaning materials
Load electricity meter in security office every month (liaise with managing agent).
