Introduction
Camp Genesis is seeking the services of a professional and experienced deep-cleaning company to perform a comprehensive cleaning of the kitchen, accommodation, and ablution facilities at the Buffalo Drift Cattle Ranch. The purpose of this deep clean is to ensure the facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene, health, and safety for our campers, staff, and visitors. Scope of Work
1. Kitchen Deep Clean
Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all food preparation areas, counters, and storage spaces. Degreasing and disinfecting of stoves, ovens, fridges, freezers, and all kitchen appliances. Cleaning of extractor fans, hoods, filters, and vents. Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks, taps, tiled walls, and floors. Safe disposal of expired food items and accumulated waste.
2. Accommodation Deep Clean
Deep cleaning of all dormitories, cabins, and sleeping quarters. Sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of all floors and surfaces. Disinfecting mattresses, bed frames, and furniture where required. Cleaning of windows, doors, walls, and cupboards. Antibacterial treatment of high-touch areas such as handles, switches, and railings.
3. Ablution Facilities Deep Clean
Intensive cleaning and sanitizing of toilets, showers, urinals, and basins. Removal of lime scale, soap scum, and stains from surfaces. Scrubbing and disinfecting of walls, floors, mirrors, and fixtures. Ensuring all drainage points are unblocked and hygienic. Odor control and restocking of essential supplies (toilet rolls, soap dispensers, paper towels) where required. Service Requirements
All work must be carried out using professional-grade cleaning equipment and materials. Preference will be given to companies using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. Work must be scheduled in coordination with Camp Genesis management to minimize disruption. A post-cleaning inspection with management is required before final sign-off.
