Details

Ceiling renovation of a 7m by 8 m granny flat. Tje unit is kinda two separate rooms. Open plan kitchen with dining, while the second room is an ensuite. Ceiling bord is existing but the boards are sagging due to age and less support during innitial design installation. Will also require dry wall, say 3m high by 4 m long. The room is easy to work to, minimal disruption as most of the furniture has been removed.
