The skills that are need are the equipment that we would use it depend on the customer that we will do a decor ..we will need seeging dish ,table cloth , cutlery,plates , campaign glass, wine glass ,chairs ect ..it also depends how many guests the person invited ...I'm a fast quick person i have a skill in Decorations also ideas thank you .
