Catering Job - Fouriesburg, FS, 1925

I am looking for quotations for a Christmas lunch social function to be held at our Guest farm near Fouriesburg - on Christmas Day, the function is for between 150 - 200 pax and would have to include a traditional offering of only 1 serving, comprising of menu similiar to the example below:

Simple starters:
Breads (and preserves from local suppliers - which we can source if need be)

A soup perhaps

Mains:
Lamb/beef
Chicken
Pork

Veggies - Creamed spinach
Butternut
Roasted veg or baked cheesy veg? Rice
Roasted potatoes
Gravy/Sauce

Salad x2

Dessert x2
Sweet and simple


There will be both adults and children and the focus is on a hassle free and casual, yet traditional buffet type offering seated in our events venue but allowing for an outdoorsy activity based gathering for family and friends
