Catering Job - Hilton, KZN, 3245

Good day
Our son is getting married on Wednesday 24th September. We have a smaller gathering the day before which our son has asked us to host for those who have come from farther afield to have some time to chat & catch up with. We had pictured a casual, scenic setting with a simple, tasty meal or platters of snack as people will come & go as it suits them between 2-6pm on the Tuesday 23rd. We have booked an Air Bnb for our accommodation but it would not be suitable to host 45 people. We are looking for a venue which can include the parking, some sort of seating, bathrooms and indoor if necessary, for the midland weather. Do you perhaps have an idea of a venue as well as one or two menu options for this pre-wedding idea please? With thanks
