Hi there, Disaster Nomad, is hosting a workshop for *40 people *with UNICEF on the *25 Feb *(Tues) at the WC Disaster Management Centre at Tygerberg Hospital and I was wondering if you could give me a quote on the following:
>Morning snack with tea, coffee, juice and water
>Lunch options: perhaps a choice of 2 main dishes and a veg vegetarian option. (Halaal is also a consideration)
>salads (2/3 options)
>dessert (tbc)
WE'RE OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS BUT WE NEED TO GET THE QUOTE IN ASAP.
>afternoon treat with tea, coffee, juice and water
>please supply crockery, cutlery and paper serviettes (colour to be determined)”
>as there are no cooking facilities onsite, food will need to be prepped offsite
Thankyou for your assistance. I’m sorry this is short notice but the US funded caterer has been terminated due to the problem in the US with Trump pulling all ‘unnecessary’ funding. Kind regards. Marlene.
