Catering required for Monday & Tuesday 22+23 September 2025
• Morning Tea Break: Tea/ Coffee with disposable cup with lid and 1 assortment muffin (blueberry, bran, chocolate, banana or Cappuccino. Sachets coffee (equivalent to Jacobs); Teabags; Long-life milk (Sufficient for 30 delegates per session) and sachets sugar & coffee creamer.
• 30 x 500ml bottled spring water (plain) equivalent to Aquelle/Bonaqua per session
• Lunch Break:
• Day 1 - 20cm Grilled hake fish (not fillet) with salad portion coleslaw, wedge slice lemon and warm potato fries (not skinny fries) -Side of tartar sauce to serve 30 people
• Day 2 – 12 x12cm Square, 3cm thickness Real Beef lasagne (not soggy or oily) with side of Greek salad (with creamy salad dressing) and round garlic roll. (small sachets of salt & pepper) pre-packed and to serve 30 people
• All meals must have plastic utensils (fork, knife and tablespoon) and serviettes
• Lunch to be served with a can of coke 440ml or equivalent (Coke, Fanta, Stoney and/ or Sprite).
- All food provided to be strictly halaal.
