My neighbour build a double story flatlet against the borderline, bottom floor bricks, top floor wood with grass top, grasstop hanging approx 1 meter over on my property side, i did not give him consent to build on the border witch is a fire hazard to my building. The grass top has not been treated, they moved to Plettenberg bay and the property is for sale. I doubt if they have handed in building plans. What stand me to do?.
