I need a building inspector to inspect a rental house, i see a lot of material breech, faulty essential services eg sanitary and water. Non compliance electrical installations. Agent and Landlord are threatening legal action, so i need a professional to assist in my occupation inspection. And they must be able to issue non-conformance.
