Details

We bought a house in a new development February 2024. There has been multiple structural, plumbing and electrical issues. I need a competent and professional building inspector to inspect the building (waterproofing on the roof, plumbing etc) and give me a list of snags to reports back to the developers with supporting documentation. It is a 3 story house, 4 bedrooms, double garage.

Job Description: I need assistance with a matter between my neighbour and I. I highly doubt he has plans for the building he has erected and it's built on the boundary wall. The wall is busy collapsing on my side of the property due to the pressure of the building on it. However he refuses to acknowledge this matter.
