We urgently need a quotation on repairs at our holiday flat due to water damage. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat of approximately 70 square meters. Work that needs to be done are painting the flat, redoing skirtings' on the floor and ceiling, whole kitchen must be redone including cupboards and tops, work on cracked baton slab, doing waterdichting, repairing cupboard in hallway, some electricity work on 2 plugs. That is the most important work but you will have to visit the flat to fully evaluate the damage.
