Details

I'm looking to turn my home into a rental units at number 45Msinstsi Street. The idea is to demolish the existing house and rebuild flats with kitchens and showers bachelor style, The yard is very spacious. So if we can get 10 apartments and a parking area with just shade covers. So I need to know much the plumbing would cost and the electricity set up. The painting, demolishing as well as the rebuilding.
