Removal of internal walls one of which is load baring - supply and fit 2 beams to ensure that the roof doesnot collapse. Need structural engineer. Remove walls under beams. Small area needs brickwork done and plastering areas affected. Level the floor to connect 3 areas and tile(labour only) Tiles will be separate. Will need a electrician and a plumber for outlet pipe for dishwasher. Replace ceiling in 2 rooms. Paint work.
