Builder Job - Jeffreys Bay, EC, 6330

We are in the process of building 450 (minimum) houses on a 10 hectare estate in Jeffrey’s bay….. The properties will be varied as 2 and 3 bedroomed properties, with some 4 bedroom properties. There MAY also be a small supermarket shop to be built, as well as a clubhouse with bars, grill service (burgers, hot dogs etc), and music…. But that’s for later fitments. The builds are going to be right next to the main road, and the land is already quite flat. I am to believe that a borehole IS on site…but not guaranteed….. Prices being sought for the full build, costs per property, and once completed an electrical certificate of fit for use will be required for each house, as well as a fit for inhabitation on each house as well. Gas will be by canister bottles and sold at the shop. Pre paid card meters will need to be installed at each property. Roads and pavements are also required.
