Kindly note that this position are only available if you stay in a close vicinity of Eerste River. Proactive Building Solutions (Pty) Ltd seek to employ a male / female, preferably Afrikaans & English speaking with a strong knowledge within the Construction Industry. The candidate's primary duty will include submission of Tenders for the S.A. Government within the Western Cape region. You will be required to work from home for the first few months as we have not established an operating office yet. Your first 3 months will be subjected to a commission basis. We will contribute towards your Wi-Fi and cell phone expenditures during this period on a monthly basis. Transport to Site Meetings will be arranged if you don’t have transport.
• You must have a PC / Laptop with internet access.
• You will be required to attend Site Meetings when necessary.
• You will monitor all upcoming tenders and submit it accordingly.
• You are required to post advertisements on the company's behalf on different social media platforms and websites (Info will be supplied by us)
• You will have knowledge of the WCG EPS System, CoCT, CSD Website & Department of Public Works as well as other Government Procurement websites.
• For the advertisements, should you close a deal and we get the work, You will be paid for it at a percentage on a weekly basis. Kindly note that this position are only available if you stay in a close vicinity of Eerste River.
