Builder Job - Weltevredenpark, GP, 1709

To whom it may concern, I want to have a quote for 1 x Doorway/Walk Through (+/-2200H x 900W) broken through from my bedroom to my lounge. The wall is a Single Brick and Plaster wall that is about 150mm Thick. I don't require a Door Frame and or Door fitted, so the doorway must be finished with a square plaster edge that I can be painted with matching paint I have on hand. Also, I do require that a lintel is fitted on the top of the doorway. The property is at 1241 Cornelius Street, Weltevredenpark, Roodepoort and the Complex name is Sandalwood.
