Builder Job - Illovo South, KZN, 4126

We would like to build a two story building in Adams Mission, lower Illovo for our crisis center Uthingo. The whole project is charity funded. We are looking for about 230m2, about 115m2 each floor. The place should house up to 24 kids in 9 rooms, should provide space for 2 counseling rooms, 2 communal areas and 6 shower cubicles and 6 toilets 4 basins. Additional we are looking for hot water supply, electrics, fully finished interior like painting, flooring and doors installed. The structure must fit within 16m x 10m
