We want to build a very basic 1 or 2 bedroom small house with only n shower, toilet and basin near2 the bedroom/s. In the kitchen only the basic sink with drying area. We also want to have a fire place that can accommodate a small Aga stove. The rooms can be separate but the rest of the house open plan. We also want a varanda (stoep) as well as a garage that can be accessed via a door into the house. The roofing must be compatible for chatshing rainwater via the gutters onto a JoJo reservoir. If you have existing plans for this type of house, we will greatly appreciate it. We will abvioisly build on later as things develop. The timeframe depends on how quickly we can sell the house in Cape Town. But the plan is to do this in the next 3 months. Can you please send me a quote with plans as soon as possible.
