I want 3 different quotes for a new, non fixed roof for a already build pergola. The fixed roofing had to be removed because the Parklsnds home owner's association says according to the city of cape Town,one now needs plans if you have a fixed roofing on one's pergola. The fixed roofing was removed,but the wooden beams are still in place and in excellent condition. I have sold my property and only found this out now.. To be fair to the buyer I want to give her 3 different options and styles of non fixed roofing asap. The building of this new non fixed roofing can start betweens the first of Augustus, to the 30th of Augustus 2021. Again, I need these quotes asap for the final property transfer can be settled. Potential contractors can email or call me, so that I can either watsapp photos to them,or they can come and look at it personally.
