I would like to request the following to be amended or added on the current building plan:
- forward extension of the garage until the boundary.
- extension of backyard boundary wall to 2.1m.
- forward extension of the veranda/ lounge to accommodate a large sliding door.
- upstairs flatlet with 2 rooms with shower + toilet on top of the garage. (add indoor balcony if space allows).
