I have a 13 kg Smartnwash WTY 1802T Super clean washing machine which I took to another place in town. They had it for an entire week and I paid them R1 450-00 for it. When it got home, it had the EXACT SAME PROBLEM IT HAD WHEN I TOOK IT IN! Could you please advise whether you can assist please. It is very urgent. Thank you
