Estimate of Fees: EXCL or INCL
• Compilation of annual financial statements
• Preparation and submission of IT14 income tax return on an annual basis (income tax compliance services – per return)
• Application for tax clearance certificate – once per 12-month cycle (tax compliance status)
• Preparation and submission of IRP6 provisional tax returns on a six-monthly basis (provisional tax compliance services) – (per period in February and August each year)
• Preparation and submission of annual return to CIPC, including Financial Accountability Supplement or XBRL (CIPC compliance services) – (per annum PLUS CIPC levy, which will depend on the turnover of the company)
• Preparation and submission of annual WCA. 8 return and obtaining Letter of Good Standing from Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner (WCA Compliances services).
