I have been designing for over 20 years. First I worked in the printing industry for 14 years and then 3 years in the corporate world. I have had my own design business for 3 years now servicing different clients with different needs.

I specialise in logos and business branding

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge R350 per hour depending on the project. Book layout is charged per page for instance.

My pricing is in line with what designers are charging.

Time is money :) If you can get examples and ideas ready of what you have in mind that would save time and therefore money. Basically, some clear guidance so that I can create what you want.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to know exactly what the customer requires for their design project so that I can quote accordingly.

I can guarantee that the design will be good and professional.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

How long have you been designing? What types of design do you do? How many proofs will I see?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have been meeting deadlines for decades now:) I always deliver the best-designed product at the time it is needed. If I am unable to meet the deadline I will say so right in the beginning before we start the process, so that the customer can find another designer if need be.
