I was previously a partner in a reputable wood company for 6 years so I know what there is to know about the wood business and customer satisfaction.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
All year round, I specialise in Bluegum firewood as I have many restaurants with standing orders for Bluegum firewood on a weekly basis. The Bluegum is used in their pizza ovens. However I also sell all types of braaiwood as well.
How do you normally charge for your service?
Minimum delivery order is 500pcs. The client will get 20 bags each containing 25pcs.
Smaller quantities can be collected by the client in Bothasig.
What makes your pricing competitive?
I have done my homework and find that I have very competitive prices to what is currently out there. If not cheaper as I have reduced my prices this year instead of increasing them as to what the other wood companies would have done.

I personally liaise with my clients constantly. I remind them via WhatsApp a day before their delivery that I will be delivering their wood the next day.
On the day of their delivery, I send them another message advising them an hour before their delivery is due.
