Job Description: Hi I have aluminium top-opening windows, and the hinges on the window in my bathroom are out of alignment so I'm unable to close the window. I need a quote for repairs.

The service was excellent, the project was handled with insight and expertise. The window is still in amazing shape a year later [Just discovered I'm supposed to close the request so it's very late - apologies!] Will definitely contact them again for other aluminium work.

No Deposit on Small repairs less then R 2 500.00.Projects 60 % Deposit is required before any manufacturing 30% upon delivery with a 10 % upon completion.No Call out Fee on quotes,only upon accepting which covers all Transport related cost.

We are within good standing with all our suppliers and therefore get better discounts which we apply to our quotes.

I do offer between 5% & 10% discount to all pensioners and those with disabilities who has a financial disadvantage but does not mean i drop my level of professionalism,efficiency & quality.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1.Setup a site visit and discuss. 2.Be sure what you want and act within 30 days. 3.The Bigger the deposit will get you a discount between 5% & 10% given the scope of the project. 4.Question the low cost quote as it is sure to be none compliant products and will cost double to have it replaced or repaired.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1.Their Geographical location in order to determine area wind-load to apply accurate inertia requirements. 2.Colour and Glass requirements if possible 3.Photos of existing windows and doors if any. 4.Window and Door type. 5.New installation or removal of existing units required? 6.Is there sufficient Access.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

1 year Guarantee on all newly manufactured,Hardware components and installation excluding self damage,Natural disaster or accidents.3 months on repairs given the fact that i have advised accordingly.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Please request a factory or office visit to ensure that all products are indeed built within strict regulations of the building industry and also to ensure that the right glass type and inertia gets applied.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I believe we all have worked extremely hard for our money and for some random flyby self proclaimed contractor to come along and supply you with after market products is unacceptable.Also i have lots of references.
