Ultra Pro was established by Gerhard Hootsen in Cape Town in 2007. Gerhard’s vision was to create a company that took the stress out of roofing, waterproofing and painting for the client.
To do this he set about training staff to the highest possible specification–using his many years of experience to build a team that is able to find effective solutions for any project. A highly trained and supervised staff means that clients are able to communicate their needs, and trust that their projects are in capable hands.
This formula proved to be a winner. Through exceptional service, quality and value, Ultra Pro has built long-term relationships with customers, and has become a trusted brand in the Cape Peninsula, with multiple crews operating, private as well as industrial applications undertaken daily in the Northern and Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Using the same model of creating a specialised, highly-trained team, a branch was established in Bloemfontein January 2012. This was the first step to expand into a nationally recognised brand. This branch is headed by Leonard Hensberg.
