Each quote is charged as per customer needs, I come out and look at what needs to be done. Give you a free quote and proceed from there.

I don't overcharge my customers on products or services.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Show me all the work that needs to be done so that I quote correctly. 2. Buy the correct materials for the job before hand ( as per my suggestion ) 3. If you need painting done for example and you have paint that you want to use, provide it before buying new ones.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I need to know what service I am rendering and how big the job will be. Always best to have me come out and have a look at the job before quoting.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I guarantee my work and if there is a problem with work done by me I will personally come and fix it, but I have never had any comebacks before.
