The real price saving in architecture comes with the price of the building work. We are experienced in producing buildings in a rational and cost effective manner and work with builders who offer very competitive pricing.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
This requires a meeting (virtual or in person) to discuss a brief, budget and general requirements for the project. Thereafter, if both parties are interested, we produce a quote for our services. All of this is free of charge.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
I hold appropriate indemnity insurance for my projects. Architects are part of a profession and as such, we are required to perform according to a code of conduct and there is a prescribed list of service that we are required to offer/perform.
