This varies according to the scope. We work strictly according to agile processes and so all our work is built-in defined two -week "sprints". This means our Clients budget accordingly and pays for each two week set of work, allowing them to control their spending as the project progresses

As we only charge for two-week cycles of work the client is in full control of the budget and there is no major outlay upfront.
