We have an amazing team that is hungry and working hard to change the current customer experience that you might have experienced in the past. We only use high-end products and are very attentive to detail. We don't rush our jobs but focus on maintaining a high-quality standard and finish for a long-lasting impression.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We have had a lot of time for trial and error and learning from our mistakes. A great deal of research was put into refining our system and products of choice that we use to yield the kind of high quality, that makes us very knowledgable and reliable.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Detailing from top to bottom is like second nature to us. We have created and run other companies for the past 10 years so we know what to look for, what customers want, and how to keep them happy. Our field of specialty is customer service gathered over 10 years of being in business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Every job has different specifications on it, from normal wash to a full detail which includes extraction, clay bar treatment, polishing, waxing, and ceramic coating so there is no solid standard price unless the specs are put on the table first, however, we are always keen to interact with our customers and explain our cost breakdown and even give them a demonstration before they order our service.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We use high-end products that have long-lasting results so once a customer gets a job done they will not have a need to access the same service for a reasonable amount of time. We also have a huge price cut for customers who prefer having their vehicles kept in mint condition which we call maintenance wash and it costs way less.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

We have a 5% Discount for Uptasker customers on the condition that they have to recommend us to 5 of their friends provided they feel that our service was great, share and like our page on their social media platforms.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Never try to wash and/or Polish your car before bringing it to use because you run the risk of scratching the paint 2. Never take it to your normal car wash because most carwashes don't take proper car paints when 3. Never use household detergents to clean your car they strip off all the protective layers on your paint thus exposing your paint to the elements which are the sun, bird droppings, etc.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Before a quote can be provided the customer must tell us in detail what services they are looking for, Provide photos of their vehicle (if possible) so we can recommend a service that will be suitable for the current condition of the vehicle they give us their contact details where we can send the quote or reach them if there's additional information we would like to get from them.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Our business doesn't need insurance at moment, so we currently take responsibility for any damage to customer vehicles. There is no insurance company that has a product that caters for damages to customer vehicles.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

The customer should ask about previous customer experience, how long it takes for the service to be provided, and if there are any guarantees should there be damage.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We understand how difficult it can be to gain a customer's trust hence we ensure that once a relationship is created we do not mess it up. Beyond that with we are fully aware of the fact that without Loyalty and reliability there's no business and we intend to take over Nelspruit being aware of course of how our competitors treat their customers and we can only be able to do that if we do the exact opposite of what they do which is exactly what we are currently doing.
