Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Yes, I specialise in interior decorating and design for holiday houses, Air BnBs, and rental homes but I'm also available to assist home owners with non-structural design updates.

How do you normally charge for your service?

My design packages are charged at a flat-rate per room (open plan spaces i.e. dining/living are treated as separate rooms), and depending on the total cost can be paid in 2 or 3 installments (including booking deposit) at various stages of the design process. If more work is required (i.e. additional design revisions) this will be charged at my hourly rate. Stand-alone consultations and custom packages vary according to location and individual requirements.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My flat-rate design packages include everything from the initial consultation, space evaluation, design revisions, final design, and post-design support or installation. This flat-rate approach makes my services more affordable than if you were to pay per hour for each individual service.
