We have build many homes in the west coast specifically in Sandowns,Sagewood and Parklands north area

Our building rate ranges from R8 000 - R14 000/m2.
R8 000/m2 being the entry level or Standard finishes while R14000/m2 is the high standard finishes as will be stimulated in our finishing schedule with a list of desired finishes by a particular client.

We are registered with all building authourities and we are VAT registered also.We are resourceful,we have our own fleet of vehicles and tipper trucks to move our material from suppliers our sites.

We build for both cash and bank clients.We build anywhere in the Western cape province.

All our builds are strictly time bound ,hence we make sure we eliminate any form bottleneck in our system.
