Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Coming from a hands-on background, I understand how overwhelming websites can be. That’s why I make the process simple and jargon-free, perfect for fellow small business owners who just want something that works without the stress.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I offer a no-risk, transparent approach: I start by designing the website and keeping it unpublished so it can be reviewed and request any changes. Once happy with the initial design, a 50% deposit is required before moving forward with development. The final payment is only due once fully satisfied, then I’ll register the domain, set up hosting, and publish the site.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My pricing is competitive because it's clear, flexible, and all-in-one. You only pay a 50% deposit after approving the initial design, and the rest once you're happy and ready to launch. No hidden fees, any extras are discussed upfront before we continue. Simple and transparent.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Uptasker customers?

Special Offer for Uptasker Customers Get 20% off our Basic (Starter Site) or Standard (Business Boost) website packages when you mention “UPTASKER20” in your message. No deposit until you approve the initial design Includes design, hosting, support & updates Offer valid for a limited time. Valid until 28 April 2025 or until 5 Uptasker clients claim the offer, whichever comes first.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Here are 3 easy ways to make the most of your budget and get started smoothly Download the FREE Website Planning Guide Before filling out the form, grab my free guide, it helps you think through your goals, pages, and content so we don’t miss anything. Being prepared saves time and avoids extra revisions later. Fill out the website questionnaire upfront Once you're ready, completing the form gives me a clear picture of what you need. This avoids confusion, speeds up the process, and helps keep your quote accurate with no surprises. Send any content you already have If you’ve got a logo, text, or photos, even rough ones, that can reduce the need for add-on services like copywriting or graphic design.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To give you an accurate quote (and recommend the right package), I usually need a few quick details: What kind of business or project is the website for? This helps me understand the style, content, and features that will suit your audience. How many pages or sections do you need? For example: Home, About, Services, Contact, Gallery, Blog, etc. Do you need any special features? Like an online store, booking system, blog, WhatsApp button, contact form, or payment tools. Do you already have content? Logos, images, text, or anything you'd like included. If not, no worries, I can assist! Are you starting from scratch or updating an existing site? This helps me gauge the scope and whether we’re rebuilding or refreshing. The quickest way to cover all of this is to fill out my website planning form, it guides you through everything I need and makes the quoting process super smooth.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

While I’m not insured as a traditional contractor might be, I do stand by my work 100%. I offer a satisfaction-first approach, you only pay a deposit after reviewing the initial design, and the full balance only when you're happy. That way, you're never locked in or paying for something that doesn’t meet your expectations. I also provide ongoing support, updates, and maintenance (depending on your package), so your website stays secure and up to date after launch.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Can I see samples of your work or past client sites? What’s included in your packages and are there any extra costs? How does your process work from start to finish? What kind of support do you offer after the site is live?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I take pride in being open, honest, and easy to work with. I don’t just build websites. I guide my clients through the process step by step, with clear communication and no tech jargon. You’ll never pay anything until you’ve seen the initial design and are happy with the direction. I’m upfront about pricing, and if any extra costs come up, I’ll always discuss them first, no surprises. I also stick to realistic timelines, respond quickly to messages, and offer ongoing support long after your site is live. My goal is to make the process simple and stress-free, so you can focus on running your business while I take care of the online side.
